New Build Contemporary Seaside Home in Eastbourne Terrace, Devon

A new build two storey house overlooking the sea in Eastbourne Terrace, Devon. With the picturesque view of the sea in mind, the design and construction included big windows, light walls and sitting areas to enjoy the view. Its not just beautiful but it is also energy efficient and insulated to a high standard. The whole project took nearly a year to complete. This new contemporary seaside home is now a bed and breakfast and stands proudly , but unobtrusively, overlookin the sea.
